What does LOTO stand for?
LOTOcontrol is a digital Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) management platform built for high-risk industries such as data centers, oil & gas, manufacturing, and utilities. It helps teams enforce safety protocols, streamline approvals, and maintain full traceability across all isolation activities.
Is LOTOcontrol compliant with industry safety standards?
Yes. LOTOcontrol aligns with OSHA 1910.147, ISO 45001, IEC 60204/60947 globally recognized safety standards. It supports audit-ready documentation and digital sign-offs.
Can LOTOcontrol adapt to our existing LOTO procedures and workflows?
Yes. LOTOcontrol integrates seamlessly with your current methods — paper-based, hybrid, or fully digital. You can submit your internal LOTO procedures, and we’ll configure the platform to reflect your approval hierarchy, documentation needs, and site-specific rules. Our goal is to digitize without disrupting your operations.
How is LOTOcontrol priced?
Pricing is based on your organization’s size, operations, and deployment scope. Here’s how it works:
1. Contact us and share your project details (e.g., team size, number of sites, workflow needs).
2. We’ll arrange a tailored demo based on your environment.
3. Once aligned, we’ll issue a formal quotation before finalizing the contract.
LOTOcontrol can be deployed at a single facility or scaled across your entire organization to standardize and centralize operations.
Is there mobile access?
Yes. LOTOcontrol works across mobile phones, tablets, laptops, desktops, and can be displayed full-screen on TVs in coordination rooms — ensuring real-time awareness and visibility for all teams. Supervisors and safety approvers can review and approve isolations from any device, helping speed up operations while maintaining compliance.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on your workflow:
· Using our built-in OSHA-aligned workflow: less than 1 week
· Using your custom internal procedures: 2–3 weeks, including workflow mapping, configuration, validation, and training.
Where is our data stored? Is it secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted and stored securely using enterprise-grade infrastructure. LOTOcontrol supports:
· Cloud deployment
· On-premise deployment (for clients with strict data governance, e.g., oil & gas) In on-premise setups, data stays on your servers and network.
⚠️ Note: Mobile app access is disabled in on-premise configurations. A standalone .exe version can be developed on request.
Can we try LOTOcontrol before committing?
Yes — we offer free trial, after understanding your requirements to ensure LOTOcontrol fits your organization.
Start by contacting us with your project scope and expectations. We’ll arrange a tailored demonstration and assess how the platform can serve your organization effectively. If both parties are aligned, we’ll then provide access to a personalized trial environment.
⚠️ Note: After the 15-day period, the trial will expire unless a license agreement is confirmed.
How do I install or access the software?
Yes — we offer free trial, after understanding your requirements to ensure · Cloud Deployment: No installation needed. You’ll receive a secure access link and admin credentials, along with manuals to help upload users, schematics, and equipment lists.
· On-Premise: We coordinate with your IT team to ensure a seamless installation aligned with your infrastructure.
What kind of support is available?
Most issues occur during initial setup, and we are fully committed to ensuring a smooth deployment. LOTOcontrol provides:
· A comprehensive Setup Manual and Operation Manual
· Guided onboarding for your designated system administrator
· Email and Help Desk support during working hours (Monday–Friday)
· Online documentation and user guides
· Guaranteed response to support emails within 1 business day
If additional support is required, we are flexible and can commit to tailored service agreements based on your needs — including the possibility to mobilize personnel on-site to support your implementation or resolve critical issues.
How often is the software updated or improved?
We don’t follow a fixed cycle, but releases are regular. Each update is tested to avoid disruptions and clients are notified in advance. For sensitive periods such as commissioning during high-risk operations, you have the option to disable automatic updates temporarily to ensure reliability.
